Piso 2.<br \/>\nHorario: 08:00am &#8211; 12:00pm \/ 01:00pm &#8211; 04:00pm<\/p>\n<p><strong>MISI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"forma\">\n<div class=\"forma1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p>Brindar servicio de alojamiento temporal al personal activo de la fuerza armada nacional bolivariana.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>FUNCIONES<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"forma\">\n<div class=\"forma1\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Identificar las Necesidades de adquisici\u00f3n de Vivienda principal del personal Militar Profesional activo, afiliado y sobreviviente.<\/li>\n<li>Atender a los afiliados en sus necesidades de Alojamiento Temporal.<\/li>\n<li>Elaborar estudios sobre el mercado inmobiliario para la detecci\u00f3n de oportunidades.<\/li>\n<li>Ofertar soluciones habitacionales dignas, con financiamiento a trav\u00e9s de la Banca P\u00fablica Nacional.<\/li>\n<li>Efectuar el seguimiento y control de la administraci\u00f3n de viviendas en Guarnici\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Llevar el control del Plan de Rotaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CNEL.
